Today the pharmaceuticals industry is defined by an increasing number of statutory regulations and still more complex customer relationship management. Moreover shorter product life cycles result in growing costs for research and development. To meet these challenges the conference offers exciting presentations of innovative solutions and projects to companies striving to improve competitiveness in the industry. Risk management and compliance as well as operational excellence were on the agenda.
CDM was present at the event and was excited to share our experiences of how sales and marketing can be supported by IT systems. Our well-prepared sales staff was available to inform on the advantages of our excellent CRM system. Furthermore one our competent partners, the global IT consultancy, Avanade, was represented at the stand symbolizing the dynamic partnership between CDM and Avanade. During the event our stand was well-visited and laid the groundwork for a series of informative presentations of how the innovative CRM solution, CDM Optimize Pharma, can help pharmaceuticals companies to meet the challenges in the life science industry.
On the 9th of February, the night before the conference, a dinner arrangement was planned. Participation at this arrangement was voluntary. It offered, however, the possibility to engage in interesting conversations with colleagues and experts discussing the current challenges of the industry. Thus the CDM staff took part in a number of rewarding dialogues which led to an even deeper understanding of the complex challenges in the life science industry. Through this valuable knowledge CDM is aiming to raise the bar for future CRM in the pharmaceuticals sector.
