New partner in Central and Eastern Europe 

 

Logos, a leading Czech consultancy and technology company with more than 500 employees, becomes a CDM partner bringing the benefits of CDM Optimize Pharma to life science companies in Central and Eastern Europe.

As a CDM Optimize partner, Logos employees have recently received training in the CDM Optimize solution participating in a workshop in Prague, enabling the CRM consultants to work with the unique challenges of CRM and Sales Excellence in the life science sector.

Ness Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: NSTC), a global provider of IT services and solutions, has announced that it has signed a share purchase agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of Logos a.s., a privately-held, Czech-based leading IT services and consulting company. For the fiscal year ended March 31, 2008, Logos generated revenues of €29.7 million and was profitable. Logos has approximately 570 employees.
