The solution embodies the 10+ years of experience with Life Science CRM that CDM has attained with customers such as AstraZeneca, MSD, Lundbeck and Nutricia.

CDM Optimize Pharma is supplemented with the CDM Optimize Event Manager which is another ISV Module for Dynamics CRM. It is used as an organizer for the supplementary training and academy activities carried out by Pharmaceutical companies.
